Why?

Sometimes life becomes crappy. Doesn't it? Things happen. You lose something. You lose someone. You get sick. You get hurt.

You did nothing wrong so the question comes up again. Why? If there is God why this all happens to me? Why does God let me get hurt or suffer so much that I can't bear it?

Tsk tsk. And once again you are asking the wrong questions. God has nothing to do with it. God wants the best of you. God wants you to be happy. You are His child after all. He sees your struggling and wants to help so you got it all wrong my friend.

What is the right question then?

This.

What did I screw up this time?

You may say you done nothing wrong, but you did. God set up your path all you have to do is walk on it. So are you? Walking on that path? God wants you to be just like Jesus, but are you? Nopes. You and I my friend are all screwed up. Now God wants us to be just like Jesus and we are like messed up very miscivious children. He tells you what NOT to do and you still do it. When bad things happen you think you done nothing wrong. Perhaps it feels like that, but sit down and think about your life.

You want perfect life, perfect happiness, abundancy, and yes God wants to give all that to you, all He asks from you is your love and your faith. It might sound like a blackmail "If you dont love me or dont believe in me you are screwed." No. Not a blackmail. It's a promise. It is a deal. It is the real deal. The best bargain you can ever have in your life. And the simplest formula you ever will have to care about. The misunderstanding comes when you think that IF you don't love Him or believe in Him then he punishes you.

No. turn this around a little and look at it from another angle. God gave you the best and most simple recipie of the absolute perfect, joyful, happy, love filled life. You are making the cake of your life every day. You have the recipie. God gave it to you. All you have to do is follow it. He tells you clearly what to put in that cake and what NOT to. So are you making your cake every day by His recepie? Hell no. You put all kind of stuff in it, or leave out some He wants you to add. Then you bake the stuff and you are crying that it taste like a freshly threw up puke. And what is your first question? "Why?" Why? Really? God's recipie was bad? No my friend His recipie is PERFECT. You screwed it up. Again.

He handed to you the best baking and cooking book ever. It might not look much at first but I'm telling you, if you just open it once a day, you will get it.

Now some of you might have lost God's recipie. I will help you find it. I don't know the answers to a lot of things, I don't know much really, but I do know where you can find them. The recipie is very simple.

Things you must put in your cake:

1. Your open heart for Jesus. Your heart is like your door. Fella wants to enter, but He will NOT kick the door in on you. You gotta let Him in. Invite him. you know, like a vampire or something, just less creepy.

2. Your love for God.

- Through the politicians, or people who decieve you. Let them say or do what they want. You just keep your eyes on God. He will do the rest. Trust Him!
- Through the driver who didn't use a turn signal and cut front of you, or just irritates you with his/her driving skills. Give them a break. Literaly and figuratevly both. You don't know why they drive like that. God does. Don't slap Him with dissing that driver.
- Through the begger who stops you for a dollar, says he is hungry but you are convienced he is lazy and would just use the money for alcohol. Give him that dollar will ya? It's not money. It's love... towards God, not towards him
- Through the person who insulted you yesterday and really hurt you. Mean people have their own troubles. Might be bigger than yours. Just suck that insult up and go on with your day.

3. Your faith. Just... believe. No matter what happens it should come down to three things. Believe, believe, believe.

Things you should leave out:

1. Your judgment. It's not yours to do. It's like you are the janitor in the court house but you sit in the Judge's chair with your so limited knowladge of law, without knowing really anything of the charged person's case and trying to decide over him. Trust me you will feel better if you just leave it to the Judge and you keep doing your own job which is way more easier.

2. Your anger, grudge. Now that stuff really can screw up the cake. Makes it very very bitter. Even yuckie. You don't want that. When you get angry, it hurts you, hurts the person you are angry at and hurts Jesus. Why would you hurt Him really? Fella have never hurt anyone yet they nailed him to a wood and tortured Him. Was He angry at anyone? Nopes. He was hanging there on nails - close your eyes and picture that agony and pain for a moment - while people laughed at him and mocked him and there was nothing in his heart for all those people... but Love! Remember, God wants you to be like Jesus. Keep trying.

3. Your worry, fear, conserns. That stuff makes the cake really chewy. Causing stress and weakens your mind, your body.

- Worrying about your health! Checking every ingredient in a food before buying because you worried that stuff in it might hurt you. Really? Do you pray before you eat your food and ask God to bless it so it would nurture and help your body? There, He will. So what's the worry? Fact's don't count when you ask God's blessings.

- Worrying on how to pay the next month bills, because today it seems you will not have enough by the end of the month. Have you talked to God about it? He knows what can and will happen at the end of the month. You don't. So go ask Him will ya? There. Much better, see?

Stop trying to look into the tomorrow and get worked up over something that might or might not happen. When you worry ask yourself. Do I trust God? That's it. Everything is going to be alright. Yes it will be, just make sure you keep talking to Him. He wants you to talk to Him. Fella has open office hours 24/7 and He charges NO overtime. Complain to Him about your life, not to your friend or neighbor.

When things get shitty, you know why. You crewed up the cake. Tomorrow make a new one with the right ingredients :)

Some of you know me closer, some not that much. Those who know me well knows that I am not some sheep minded dude, who just blindly follow something because others do, or because it's cool or because I am told to. They know that I have my own stabborn mind on things but always open to learn new ones. Life transation like mine, which is mostly inside so far, isn't a small change for myself or those who see me from outside, but I can tell you this: If I say that recipie above there, makes you feel better, makes you happy, fixes your life, then you can take that it's very possible. A man who for decades followed through and studied Buddhism, Islam, Druidism, Witchcraft, then turned to "solid facts" and science only as an atheist, tells you today that formula works, then you better believe that.

At this point in my life, no one can do or say anything to take God away from me. Please challange me. Please mock me. Please bring me proof, facts. I may not be able to answer but I may be able to show you how you can find the answer.

What I wrote above comes NOT from me, or my mind. Everything there comes from this weird book, called Bible. I will put the most relevant verses here that are building up that formula above. See them at the end of this note.

With the following Blaise Pascal quote I am closing these lines. Remember! Everything is going to be alright!

God bless you all!
Andy

"Belief is a wise wager. Granted that faith cannot be proved, what harm will come to you if you gamble on its truth and it proves false? If you gain, you gain all; if you lose, you lose nothing. Wager, then, without hesitation, that He exists. " - Blaise Pascal
