Fast Food Workers' higher wages in USA

Yes we all heard that. Fast food workers want to get paid more.

There has been a lot of negative responses to that stuff so I will just add my own words to this. Working in a fast food chain restaurant is a very hard work. Sure it does not require any college degree but it is hard work nonetheless. Yet many comments reflect dislike of this news.

Why?

I can only speculate but I think the ultimate issue people are having with this is that if those workers will get more pay, the price of the hamburger will go up. It's of course a bad human nature to wanting to pay less and make more money and it always leads to a down spiral.

Think of the electronics. Americans complain about that products are not made in America anymore, but seriously, would they pay the price for it? Of course not. It's easy to complain that many of the things are made in asian countries but honestly my good American friend, look around you! What you are looking at right now, that monitor, that iPad, that smartphone, it's all made somewhere in Asia. And you have it. You bought it. You didn't buy "American". Why not? Because if it was a 100% American product then your smartphone would cost a lot more and then you would complain about that.

So yes if those hard working fast food workers get their higher wages as they want to -- and in my opinion they deserve it -- then prepare for more expensive tacos and hamburgers. It's just how it is. I know, my friend that you want to eat the cake and keep it too but that is just never going to happen.

Virtual trading vs FCC and the Tyranny of USA

So I had a pretty interesting conversation with a friend of mine online chat. Obviously it is the best to leave names out of this but it's definitely worth to be shared.

  Me: Why didn't Business just tell Trith black and white that it is not applicable as a skill game?

  Me: so why couldn't they just say NO?
  Him: once Trith brought it to their attention,  they had no choice other then to stall or look like the bad guy.

  Me: So here is what I see about Capex
  Me: Trith will not be able to operate it on US soil
  Me: under US laws
  Me: because Business isn't the one that puts stop on it. It's the US laws.
  Me: Different state laws and the federal laws.
  Me: Anything that involves real money, US laws require 100% screening over.
  Me: You and me as investors would have to provide SSN
  Me: and all kind of details
  Me: all under the Patriot Act G W Bush signed back then.
  Me: Even if he is taking Capex out of SL
  Me: he won't be able to operate the way he has before.
  Me: US laws simply will not allow it.
  Me: He will have to provide all kind of legal papers and all his investors will have to as well.
  Me: His only chance is to take the business outside of US
  Me: Even though as a US citizen I am not sure if it will be easy to do that but he might be able to.
  Me: Anyway I could be wrong but as much as I understand, last year they signed the bill that gave unlimited power to FCC over the internet.... not sure where it is heading.

  Me: if USA would not be at war with another country for 20 years

  Me: Just think of the production and how much people work for that

  Me: all those people would be without job
  Me: what would they do?
  Me: If USA would be at peace too long, it would collapse
  Me: it's simple math
  Me: Just think what happens when USA goes to a war with a country
  Me: there is the war itself

  Me: and then after that USA "helps" to rebuild that country
  Me: also production, medicine, energy and insurance
  Him: it is all a big lie.
  Me: Destruction and chaos is the biggest business ever
  Him: a ponzi scheme
  Me: So if what you say will happen, then it will change the world alright but I am not sure it will change it the way you think it would
  Him: the ppl will prevail in the end.
  Him: may take 100's of years
  Me: I don't know. I am not that positive about that.
